NABLUS, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), Jewish settlers set fire to three bulldozers, a vehicle, and other equipment early Wednesday morning in the village of Urif, south of Nablus in the occupied West Bank.
According to local sources, a group of settlers attacked the village and burned machinery at a quarry site owned by a local Palestinian citizen.
Meanwhile, other settlers, accompanied by their livestock, stormed privately owned Palestinian land near residential homes in the village of al-Mughayyir, east of Ramallah.
The attacks are part of a broader surge in settler violence across the West Bank and Occupied Jerusalem, which has escalated significantly since the start of the ongoing genocide perpetrated by Israeli forces in Gaza over the past two years.
On Tuesday, settlers also obstructed the work of Palestinian election committee teams in eastern Tubas, while another settler attacked lands in the village of al-Mazra’a al-Sharqiya northeast of Ramallah.
In response, Palestinian youths pelted settler vehicles with stones near the town of Azzun, east of Qalqilya, as part of ongoing efforts to resist settler aggression and protect Palestinian lives and property.
