Karachi (Palestine Foundation Information Center) Pakistan Palestine Research Center (PPRC) will be established to raise awareness of the Palestine issue among universities international organizations and high-level policy-making institutions of Pakistan.
These views were expressed by Palestine Foundation Pakistan (PLF) Secretary General Dr. Sabir Abu Maryam in a statement issued from his office.
He said that the aim of the PPRC is to highlight the issues related to the Palestinian issue and the situation in the region at the international level and to the policy-making institutions of Pakistan through research and to continue efforts for a just solution to the Palestinian issue.
It should be noted that on 20th February Thursday, the first meeting of the PPRC was held at the central office of the PLF Pakistan, in which renowned scholar and intellectual expert in International Relations and human rights Dr. Khalida Ghous, various teachers and researchers related to international relations including Dr. Sidra Ahmed, Dr. Fatima Agha Shah, research scholars Talal Ali, Muhammad Hussain, Ali Areezi and others participated, while Dr. Talat Wazarat, Dr. Zahid Ali Zahidi, Ms. Sana Khan and Nida Ali could not attend the meeting due to personal commitments.
