OCCUPIED JERUSALEM (Palestine Foundation Information Center) A Palestinian child was killed on Tuesday evening after being shot by an Israeli sniper in the Shuafat refugee camp, north of Occupied Jerusalem.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society affirmed in a brief statement that a Palestinian child was seriously injured by Israeli gunfire in the Shuafat camp and was immediately taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
This came after violent clashes erupted in the refugee camp shortly after being stormed by Israeli police forces amid heavy fire of live and rubber bullets.
During the clashes, an Israeli sniper directly shot a Palestinian child in the Shuafat refugee camp, seriously wounding him in the chest.
