The songs aimed to show the Palestinians’ support for the Arab teams who represent the Arab world at the world’s most celebrated sporting event.
The songs went viral on social media as Arab football fans and activists have been circulating the songs to express pride in the Arab teams participating in the FIFA World Cup.
It is worth mentioning that the encouraging songs came amid increasing double standards and western prejudice in coverage of Qatar hosting the World Cup.
