TUBAS (Palestine Foundation Information Center) Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, has mourned Mohamed Ghannam and Karam Abu Arra, who were martyred on Tuesday following an Israeli airstrike in Aqqaba town in Tubas, north of the occupied West Bank.
“They were martyred as a result of direct targeting by an Israeli drone as they were preparing for an operation against the Israeli occupation forces in Aqqaba town in Tubas as part of the Aqsa Flood battle,” al-Qassam Brigades said in a statement.
Al-Qassam Brigades stressed that its resistance fighters would remain loyal to the blood of their people’s martyrs and would continue their struggle against the occupation until victory and liberation.
The Brigades saluted all the resistance factions whose fighters continue to carry out operations against the Israeli occupation and clash with its forces across the Palestinian land.
Meanwhile, thousands of Palestinian citizens marched on Tuesday in the funeral procession of martyrs Ghannam and Abu Arra, who were reportedly killed in a drone strike on a vehicle near Aqqaba town.
