TULKAREM, (The Palestine Information Centre)Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, in the West Bank has announced that a group of its fighters targeted the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) during their raid on Tuesday morning in Nour Shams refugee camp, east of Tulkarem.
In a communiqué, al-Qassam Brigades said its fighters confronted Israeli troops and vehicles and attacked them using light weapons and homemade explosive devices during their raid, which continued for several hours.
A large number of Israeli soldiers along with two bulldozers stormed Nour Shams camp at dawn, raided homes and wreaked havoc on parked cars and paved roads, amid armed clashes with resistance fighters.
One young man was killed and another one was injured by IOF gunfire in the camp
