WEST BANK, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), A group of settlers attacked on Sunday evening Palestinian civilian vehicles in the town of Deir Dibwan, east of Ramallah in the central West Bank.
Local sources reported that the settlers gathered at the western entrance of the town and threw stones at passing vehicles, causing material damage. They also blocked the town’s entrance beneath the bridge.
This attack comes amid a noticeable escalation in settler violence across various parts of the West Bank.
According to data from the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, Israeli forces and settlers carried out a total of 1,819 attacks during March, including 1,322 by Israeli forces and 497 by settlers.
Last Wednesday evening, the young man Ouda al-Awawdeh died from severe injuries he sustained during a settler attack on the town.
