UNRWA: 84% of health facilities in Gaza affected by Israeli aggression

GAZA (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) said on Tuesday that “84% of health facilities in Gaza have been affected by (Israeli) attacks.”

Due to continued bombardment and access restrictions, only 4 out of 22 UNRWA health facilities are still operational, the UN agency added.

Since October 7, the Israeli occupation army has waged a devastating war on the Gaza Strip, which has left an enormous humanitarian catastrophe and a major health and environmental disaster.

The Israeli occupation destroyed the supplies of fuel, electricity, water, and food for the people of the Gaza Strip at the start of the conflict. It also bombed bakeries, factories, stores, water stations, tanks, and other infrastructure.
