West Bank sees fresh wave of settler attacks and violations

WEST BANK, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), Extremist Jewish settlers launched renewed attacks and violations under direct protection from Israeli forces across the occupied West Bank during the past 24 hours.

According to local sources, a horde of settlers placed new mobile homes near the village of Burin, south of Nablus, to expand an illegal outpost, with additional units installed in the nearby Khillet Suwar area.

Other settlers in vehicles entered the village of Awarta, southeast of Nablus, and blocked Palestinian cars traveling on the main road between Za’tara and the Aqraba junction.

In Ramallah, settlers attacked Palestinian vehicles with stones on the Marj Si’a road between the villages of al‑Mughayir and Abu Falah, and stormed the vicinity of homes in the village of Burqa and the Manatir area of Kafr Malik.

Settlers escorted by soldiers also grazed their sheep near the western entrance of al-Mughayyir village.

In al-Khalil, settlers stormed Khirbet Ghuwein near as-Samu town, attempting to steal sheep from Palestinian farmers and approaching resident homes.

Settlers also pillaged property in the Khillet al-Homs area of Yatta, as well as a donkey from a Palestinian farmer south of al-Khalil.
