AL-KHALIL (Palestine Foundation Information Center) Israeli occupation forces (IOF) shot dead a Palestinian youth in al-Aroub refugee camp in Al-Khalil on Sunday one day after celebrating his engagement.
Local sources said that 27-year-old Mohammed Hadoush was killed during an IOF incursion into the camp that also resulted in the injury of a number of other citizens.
They explained that IOF soldiers raided the camp and deployed snipers on the roofs of a number of buildings and started firing live bullets and teargas canisters at citizens wounding four with live bullets while many others were treated for teargas inhalation.
The sources said that the young man Hadoush was hit with a live bullet in his abdomen and was taken to a local clinic where he was later pronounced dead.
