Palestine Foundation Pakistan Plantation Campaign in solidarity with Palestinian Land Day
Pakistan Peoples Party leader and current Member National Assembly Shahida Rehmani was an active participant during the occasion invited as chief guest.
The MNA commended the efforts of PLF-P uttering that the freedom of Palestine is inevitable as the duty falls upon not only the ummah but the whole of humanity.
Member Provincial Assembly Javed Nagori, present during the event, addressed the audience that it’s a landmark that PLF-P planted 10,000 trees on “Palestinian Land Day” showing solidarity with the oppressed nation of Palestine.
Chairman District Muncipal corporation east, (DMC) Moid Ahmed appreciated the campaign praising PLF-P’s efforts, demanded the government for its utmost support on the cause.
Abo Maryam Secretary General PLF-P thanked the audience for their participation guaranteeing to take these campaigns a step further.
The audience, each contributed by planted a tree for the ‘Day’, comprised of people from all walks of life with dignitaries to include; Former MPs Muzaffar Hashmi and Muhammad Hussain Mehnati of JIP, Israr Abbasi of PTI, International award holder Owais Rabbani, Matloob Qadri of APST, Syed Shabbar Raza of JAP, Faisal Sheikh of HRC-PPP, Allama Maqsood Ali Domki , Allama Nishan Haider of MWM, Haris Ali Mithani of Federation of Chamber of commerce, Sardar Farhad Gul of JIY, Dr Khalid Akhter, Fareed Memon, Agha Mazhar, Mubashir Hassan, Nasir Hussaini, Ali Ahmer, Farhat Abbas, Zaheer Haider and many others from Human Rights & civil society representatives were present.
