GAZA (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Hamas Movement called on the Arab and Islamic nations and the free people of the world to mobilize and participate in the solidarity marches, which are scheduled to be held next Friday under the title “Friday Protests to Stop Aggression on Palestine and Lebanon.”
This appeal is made in view of the nearly one-year-old Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip, the intensifying military actions against Jerusalem and the West Bank, and the continuous aggression against Lebanon.
These activities come in support of Palestinian rights and in rejection of the injustice practiced by Israel, the Movement said in a statement, explaining that the occupation is practicing serious violations against civilians, including massacres, siege, starvation, and the deliberate targeting of women and children using internationally prohibited weapons.
Hamas stressed the need for all the free people of the world to rise up against these crimes and to participate in the solidarity marches on Friday, calling for intensifying popular pressure on governments to cut all relations with Israel at all levels.
