BETHLEHEM, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), Five families, comprising 12 people, were left homeless after the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) demolished their apartment building in the village of al-Walaja, northwest of Bethlehem.
The three-story building belonged to brothers from the family of Rabah.
In the same village, the IOF bulldozed a half-dunum plot of land owned by Khaled al-Araj, uprooting more than 50 olive and almond trees and damaging crops.
The IOF also demolished a wall and a staircase, as well as water tanks in the area.
For years, al-Walaja has faced repeated Israeli demolition and bulldozing operations targeting homes, infrastructure, and farmland, placing severe strain on local residents and threatening their ability to remain on their land.
