WEST BANK(Palestine Foundation Information Center)The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) raided last night at dawn Saturday different areas of the West Bank and kidnaped a number of Palestinian citizens, amid clashes with local youths.
According to local sources, the IOF stormed the old and new Askar refugee camps in eastern Nablus, raided homes and kidnaped some citizens.
Medical sources said that Israeli soldiers severely beat a citizen, searched an ambulance and obstructed its entry to the camps.
In Jenin, Israeli forces kidnaped a citizen after ransacking his home in Arrana village, northeast of Jenin.
In al-Khalil, the IOF kidnaped a citizen after raiding his home in the city and blocked the northern entrance of the city.
The IOF also kidnaped a citizen from Qalqilya and two others from Ein al-Beida village, east of Tubas.
In Ramallah, Israeli forces ransacked at dawn a house in Jabel at-Tawil neighborhood in Bireh City, without making arrests.
3,145 Palestinians have been reportedly detained or jailed in the West Bank since Operation “Al-Aqsa Flood” started on October 7, according to the Palestinian Prisoner Society (PPS) and the Commission of Detainees’ and Ex-Detainees’ Affairs.
