WEST BANK, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) launched simultaneous military raids across several governorates in the West Bank early on Friday, storming and searching Palestinian homes, arresting a young man, confiscating a vehicle, closing a military checkpoint and turning a residential home into a military barracks.
The IOF raids targeted towns and neighborhoods across the West Bank, intensifying restrictions on Palestinian movement and disrupting residents’ daily lives.
Israeli raids target Jenin, Tubas, al-Khalil and Qalqilya
The IOF stormed the towns of Kafr Dan and al-Yamun, west of Jenin; Tammun, south of Tubas; Sa’ir, north of al-Khalil; and Habla, south of Qalqilya.
During the operations, the IOF raided and searched Palestinian homes in Kafr Dan and Habla, while military forces deployed throughout several residential areas.
In Tammun, IOF carried out another raid, entering and searching a Palestinian home.

In Nablus, the IOF arrested a young Palestinian man during a raid on the Askar al-Balad area, east of the city.
IOF troops also stormed the area surrounding Joseph’s Tomb and Amman Street.
Meanwhile, IOF military operations in the town of Burin continued for the third consecutive day.
In Tulkarem Governorate, the IOF raided a Palestinian home during an incursion into the village of Kafr Sur, south of the city.
IOF turns Palestinian home into military barracks
In Ramallah and al-Bireh Governorate, the IOF stormed the Umm al-Sharayet neighborhood and raided a residential building.
During a separate incursion into the village of al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah, Israeli soldiers seized a Palestinian home and converted it into a military barracks.
Israeli military operations also extended to the Jericho Gate area.
At the same time, Israeli forces closed the Container checkpoint north of Bethlehem, further restricting Palestinian movement.
In Silwad, northeast of Ramallah, Israeli troops confiscated a vehicle during a military raid.
Military raids and restrictions disrupt Palestinian daily life
The latest operations come amid continued Israeli military raids across West Bank cities, towns and refugee camps.
Home searches, arrests, road closures and military checkpoints have increasingly disrupted daily life, preventing Palestinians from reaching workplaces, schools and essential services.
Human rights data also indicate a continuing human toll from Israeli military operations and settler attacks.
Between January 1 and September 30, 2026, 91 Palestinians, including 24 children, were killed, while more than 2,100 others were injured, including 275 children.
Separate human rights reports documented the killing of five Palestinians and injuries to 246 others, including 22 children, between September 29 and October 12, as a result of Israeli military operations and settler attacks.
The continuing raids, movement restrictions and military closures have further complicated Palestinians’ access to essential services and worsened humanitarian conditions across the occupied West Bank.
