RAMALLAH (Palestine Foundation Information Center) An Israeli soldier was injured in a car ramming attack near the “Nili” settlement, which is illegally built west of Ramallah in the central West Bank on Wednesday evening.
Israeli media reported that the Israeli forces opened their machine gun fire on a car driver after he allegedly ran over an Israeli soldier at the “Hasmonaim” military checkpoint west of Ramallah.
The soldier was transferred to the hospital in “a critical condition,” the sources added.
The driver’s fate remains unknown till time of writing.
