WEST BANK (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped a number of Palestinian citizens in Jerusalem and the West Bank during the past 24 hours.
According to local sources, the IOF raided several homes during a violent campaign in Qabatiya town, south of Jenin, and kidnaped a father and his son.
In al-Khalil, a 13-year-old child suffered shrapnel wounds in his neck and others suffered from their exposure to tear gas during clashes with Israeli forces in Beit Ummar town.
According to the Palestinian Commission of Detainees’ and Ex-Detainees’ Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoner Society, at least 25 Palestinian citizens, including a woman and some children, were kidnaped in IOF raids in Jerusalem and the West Bank during the past 24 hours.
Most of those citizens were kidnaped following and during the Friday prayers at the Aqsa Mosque. The other detainees are from al-Khalil, Nablus, Tulkarem and Qalqilya.
