IOF launches large-scale arrest campaign across occupied West Bank

WEST BANK, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed different West Bank areas last night and at dawn Wednesday, raiding several homes and kidnaping at least 40 Palestinian citizens, including women and Gazan workers.

According to local sources, the IOF kidnaped six young men following raids on homes in the town of Qabatiya, south of Jenin.

In Tubas, Israeli forces carried out raids in the city and the town of Tamun and kidnaped four citizens, including two women. Three of the detainees are siblings from Tamun.

In Tulkarem, Israeli forces raided several neighborhoods in the city and the southern suburb of Artah, kidnaping five citizens, including a father and his son.

The IOF also kidnaped a woman after raiding and searching her home in the town of Far’un, south of Tulkarem.

In Qalqilya, Israeli forces kidnaped and severely beat 15 workers from the Gaza Strip after storming an agricultural building in the an‑Naqqar neighborhood of the city.

In Bethlehem, Israeli forces kidnaped three citizens following raids in the al-Dawha area of the city, Aida refugee camp, and the town of Teqoa.

In al-Khalil, the IOF kidnaped two young men from al-Fawwar refugee camp and another one from al-Arroub refugee camp.

In northern Jerusalem, a Palestinian man and his wife were taken prisoner after Israeli police forces raided their home in the Aqbat neighborhood of al‑Ram town.
