BEIRUT, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced on Thursday evening that 4,298 citizens have been killed and 12,196 others injured since the Israeli aggression on the country began on March 2.
The ministry stated that these figures represent the total casualties recorded during the period, with monitoring and documentation of human losses still ongoing.
It confirmed that the Health Emergency Operations Center continues to track developments and update casualty data regularly.
