Beirut (Palestine Foundation Information Center), Lebanon’s Ministry of Health announced on Monday evening that 4,381 people have been killed and 12,402 others injured as a result of Israeli aggression against Lebanon since March 2.
In a statement, the ministry said that the overall death toll from Israeli aggression against Lebanon since October 8, 2023 has risen to 8,940, while the number of injured has reached 30,619.
Israeli aircraft carried out airstrikes on various areas in southern and eastern Lebanon on Monday, while demolition operations targeting buildings were also carried out in the affected areas.
The attacks come amid continued Israeli violations of the ceasefire, which was announced under a memorandum of understanding signed between the United States and Iran.
