WEST BANK (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped a number of Palestinian citizens and assaulted others during raids in the West Bank last night and Wednesday morning.
According to local sources, the IOF stormed Qaryut village, south of Nablus, and showered several homes with stun grenades and tear gas canisters.
Some people suffered from their exposure to tear gas during the IOF raid in Qaryut village.
The IOF also stormed Rujeib town in eastern Nablus and kidnaped a young man from his home.
Another young citizen was taken prisoner during an IOF raid in Asira ash-Shamaliya town, north of Nablus.
In Qalqilya, the IOF kidnaped four citizens from their home in the city.
In Bethlehem, a number of young men suffered from inhaling tear gas during skirmishes with Israeli forces in al-Khader town.
Israeli forces also broke into and ransacked homes in Marah Ma’alla village south of Bethlehem, and interrogated several local residents.
In al-Khalil, the IOF raided the house of martyr Mohamed Misk and handed his family a military demolition order against their home.
In Tulkarem, the IOF stormed Anabta town, obstructed the traffic on the main road and kidnaped two young men.
Two others were kidnaped from their homes during an IOF raid in Tulkarem City.
In Jerusalem, Israeli forces raided dozens of homes, and detained and interrogated families in Kafr Aqab neighborhood, with no reported arrests.
In Jenin, three Israeli soldiers suffered injuries, two seriously, when resistance fighters detonated an explosive device at an IOF vehicle in Qabatiya town.
The IOF reportedly raided multiple homes during its campaign in Qabatiya town.
