Six Palestinians killed in Gaza as Israeli ceasefire violations continue

GAZA, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), Israeli forces continued violating the Gaza ceasefire on Thursday through artillery shelling, airstrikes, and gunfire across multiple areas of the Strip, killing six Palestinians and injuring several others.

According to local sources, one person was killed and three others were wounded when an Israeli drone struck a vehicle near the Abbas Junction, west of Gaza City.

In central Gaza, an Israeli drone targeted a group of civilians near Al-Hilu Land in the Nuseirat refugee camp, killing two people and wounding several others.

Another Palestinian was shot and killed by Israeli forces east of Deir al-Balah.

In southern Gaza, two people were killed and several others injured in an Israeli strike on the Al-Hawouz area of Khan Yunis refugee camp.

Local sources reported that Israeli quadcopter drones and military vehicles opened heavy fire on the Al-Tuffah neighborhood east of Gaza City while artillery shelled the area. Israeli forces also carried out demolition operations east of the city.

Israeli forces expanded the so-called “Yellow Line” in Al-Tuffah amid intense gunfire, trapping several families inside the area.

Witnesses said Israeli tanks fired heavily northeast of Al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza, while Israeli naval vessels opened fire off the coast of Khan Yunis.

Israeli forces continue to violate the ceasefire agreement that took effect on October 10, 2025, through air and artillery strikes targeting displacement areas, demolition operations inside the so-called Yellow Line, and ongoing restrictions on the movement of goods, humanitarian aid, and travel.

According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, the number of Palestinians killed since the ceasefire began has risen to 1,094, with 3,507 injured and 799 bodies recovered.

The ministry said the overall death toll since the start of the Israeli offensive on October 7, 2023, has reached 73,120 killed while 173,615 others were injured, underscoring the devastating human toll of the continuing war on Gaza.
