SANAA (Palestine Foundation Information Center) Tens of thousands of Yemenis participated in rallies in the provinces of Saada, Raymah, and Marib, as well as in several districts of the provinces of Amran, Ibb, Taiz, Hajjah, Dhamar, Al-Jawf, and Al-Mahwit, in support of the Palestinian people and their resistance, under the slogan “Jihad in the Way of God and Support for Gaza… We will confront all tyrants.”
Yemeni media reported that cities and districts in central and branch squares in the provinces of Saada, Raymah, and Marib witnessed more than 130 rallies on Friday, in support of Gaza and in support of the operations of the Yemeni armed forces aiding the Palestinian people.
The “Committee for the Support of Al-Aqsa” designated 35 venues for a mass turnout in today’s rallies, in addition to 86 other venues in the province of Raymah.
This weekly mass popular turnout in Yemen supporting Gaza continues despite the American-British-Israeli aggression against the country, while the Yemeni armed forces continue their operations at sea and against the Israeli occupation.
On Thursday, Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, the leader of the “Ansar Allah” movement, affirmed that the position of the Yemeni people “represented a significant disappointment for the enemies,” as they “now view the internal Yemeni arena as strong and fortified, making it difficult for them to penetrate or influence it.”
The Israeli occupation army, supported by the United States and Europe, has been continuing its aggression against Gaza for 460 consecutive days, with its aircraft bombing hospitals, buildings, towers, and the homes of Palestinian civilians, destroying them above their inhabitants, while preventing the entry of water, food, medicine, and fuel.
The aggression has resulted in over 155,000 Palestinian martyrs and injured, most of whom are children and women, and more than 11,000 missing, amid massive destruction and famine that has killed dozens of children and the elderly, in one of the worst humanitarian disasters in the world.
