WEST BANK, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), Settler groups, backed by the Israeli government and military, continued their attacks on Palestinian towns and villages across the occupied West Bank.
In the Ramallah area, settlers set fire to two vehicles and spray-painted racist graffiti during a predawn Tuesday raid on the village of Umm Safa, northwest of the city.
Local sources said a group of settlers infiltrated the village shortly after midnight Monday and torched the vehicle of village council head Marwan Sabah, as well as a vehicle belonging to resident Mohammad Nimr.
The settlers also painted racist slogans on the walls and doors of several homes before leaving the area.
Meanwhile, in the al-Khalil area, several settler attacks were reported. In one incident, a Palestinian woman was struck in the head by a stone when settlers attacked Palestinian vehicles on Route 35 north of the city. The assault also caused damage to several cars.
On Tuesday morning, settlers accompanied by Israeli forces stormed agricultural land in the Khirbet al-Qatt area of Beit Ummar, north of al-Khalil.
