GAZA (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The director of Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza Strip, Hossam Abu Safiya said on Wednesday evening that the vicinity of the hospital has been witnessing the fiercest Israeli aggression since the start of the last Jabalia invasion.
Abu Safiya added in a press statement that the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) have been continuing intensive targeting of the area with artillery shelling and dropping grenades from drones in the vicinity of the hospital.
This came after Israeli occupation warplanes launched violent raids on the vicinity of Kamal Adwan Hospital.
Footage showed plumes of smoke rising in the sky following violent shelling in the area, while a number of martyrs and wounded were transferred to hospital.
At least three martyrs were recovered on Thursday morning after the IOF had bombed a group of citizens in front of the hospital’s entrance.
Meanwhile, Israeli warplanes bombed a residential tower in the vicinity of the hospital.
For the 55th day, the IOF has been continuing its military aggression on the northern Gaza Strip, with intensive attacks on Beit Lahia and Jabalia.
