GAZA, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), At least 10 civilians were martyred and several others were injured in an Israeli airstrike on a house in Gaza City on Wednesday night.
The Red Crescent said its crews recovered the bodies of 10 martyrs, including four children and two women, and also evacuated more than 20 wounded people following the airstrike that targeted a house on Omar al‑Mukhtar Street in central Gaza City.
Medical sources in Gaza said that the new fatalities raised the death toll since Wednesday morning to 21 martyrs.
Medical sources said that most of the wounded brought to Gaza City hospitals were in critical condition.
Media reports noted that Israeli aircraft fired three missiles at an apartment in a densely populated building, which was surrounded by tents sheltering displaced families in Gaza City.
